Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do recommend grip socks, however you do not need to wear FUNZY-branded socks, normal socks will also suffice.

  • You should arrive around 10 minutes before the party slot you have booked.

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow sparkler candles for the safety of our staff and customers, only simple wax candles are allowed.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring a birthday cake for your party. Unfortunately, cakes cannot be eaten in the party room, but our team will happily cut and wrap your cake so you can take it home and share it with your guests afterwards.

  • Yes, the birthday child is counted in the number of people booked.

  • Email bradford@funzy.co.uk with your booking ID and the changes you require, this will be changed and updated on the system for you.

  • Yes, we cater to a range of different dietary requirements.

  • No, outside food is not permitted. However, we have our FUNZY Café onsite where you can purchase a range of food, drinks, and snacks during your visit.
